ANSWERING SERVICE
Main responsibilities are to answer customer inquiries, note customer’s message and dispatch message to appropriate recipient under scripts and parameters provided by clients. System used is Amtelco and Infinity.

For businesses we can either provide help desk, customer support, order taking and message taking during off peak hours for the company.

For doctors we take all their messages from patients, etc.

For hospitals they can be the helpdesk for queries or when trying to locate doctors.

System used to take calls was X‐Pro VOIP Soft phone program wherein later we switched using hard phones directly. CRM being used is Alston Tascom.


MONEY TRANSFER
Main responsibility is to provide answers to customer’s queries regarding their transactions and the service
itself as well as provide basic trouble‐shooting when necessary.
System being used to take calls is Oracle while support pages include Right Now Technology in order to
access emails from customers and make notations on the status of their transactions. Web‐based support
includes Admin (customer transactions) and website.


NEWSPAPER SUBSCRIPTION
Main responsibility was to provide customer service as well as inbound order entry services depending on their zip code. System being used to take calls was My Contactual and a web based application was used to check the available newspapers in their area.
